Click OK on both of the cases. From now on, images from trusted sources will download automatically when you open an email from them in Microsoft Outlook.

Change Automatic Download Setting

This setting is called the “Default” in Microsoft Outlook, and when it’s selected, you will be allowed to read emails only from the server until you tell Outlook differently.

This setting helps by protecting your computer from catching malware when you open unfamiliar email attachments. You can change this setting to reflect individual replies when you need to do so.
