It can also happen if someone unsent a message they had previously sent. The best way to fix the problem is to clear the cache; you can do this by long pressing on the app icon until you see the “App info” option, tap on the “Storage & cache,” and then on “Clear cache.”
If you’re having trouble with the Instagram app, you can try uninstalling and then reinstalling it. You can find it in the play store or app store by searching for it. Uninstall And Reinstall the App
