To log out of your account on all devices: Open the Instagram app and log in to your account. Tap the three lines in the top right corner of the main screen. Scroll down and tap Log Out. From the homepage, go to the profile page of your account by clicking on the three lines icon in the top right corner.

On the login activity page, you can see the devices that are logged in to your account, as well as the date and time of the last login.
