You can end Outlook meetings early automatically if you’re tired of endless appointments and meetings. You can set this up in Outlook.com as well as the desktop client.
If you work from home and have back-to-back appointments and meetings, you might get tired after a while. Luckily, if you’ve scheduled your meetings using Outlook, there’s a way to take a break in between them. Both the desktop client and Outlook.com have an option to end the current meeting early, so you can be fresh and ready for the next one.

To automatically end meetings early in the Outlook desktop client, follow these steps-
- Open the Outlook app on your PC.
- Click File > Options.
- Go to the Calendar
- Make a tick in the End appointments and meetings early
- Select a time.
- Click the OK
Open the Outlook app on your computer. Go to the “File” option in the top-left corner. Click on “Options” in the next page.
To end your appointments and meetings early, click the Outlook Options window, switch to the Calendar tab, and tick the End appointments and meetings early checkbox.
After you select an item, you will have to choose a time. Click the OK button to save the change.

To automatically end meetings early in Outlook.com, follow these steps-
- Click the Settings button.
- Click on View all Outlook settings.
- Switch to the Calendar tab.
- Go to Events and invitations.
- Make a tick in the End appointments and meetings early.
- Select a time and click the Save button.
Open your Outlook.com and sign in to your Microsoft account. Then, on the top menu bar on the top-right side, click on the Settings button. Next, click on the View all Outlook settings option and switch to the Calendar tab.
