How to add Watermark in Outlook email

  1. Open the document in Word “Text” group, click the “Watermark” button.
  2. To take a screenshot of the watermark, press the Print Screen key on your keyboard.
  3. Save the Screenshot.
  4. Launch Paint.net.
  5. Open the screenshot image.
  6. Use the Select tool to select the screenshot.
  7. Click Image > Crop to Selection from the menu bar.
  8. Save the image.
  9. Launch Outlook and open a new email.
  10. Click the Options tab.
  11. Then click on the “Page Color” option in the “Themes” group and select “Fill Effects” from the drop-down menu.
  12. A dialog box will appear, allowing you to choose a fill effect.
  13. Click the “Select Picture” button on the “Picture” tab.
  14. Choose the “Picture from file” option.
  15. In the dialog box to select a picture, select the saved screenshot and click Insert.
  16. Now our watermark is in your email message.
