To export Outlook Calendar in CSV, follow these steps-
- Open Outlook and click on ‘File’.
- Open & ExportSelect the “Open & Export” option from the File menu. This will allow you to import or export
- data from Outlook.
- The Import/Export button allows you to bring in or take out your data.
- Select “Export to a file” from the list.
- Select Calendar and click Next.
- Choose a route and give it a name.
- Choose the action you want to perform.
- Choose the action you want to perform.
- Save your file.
Open Outlook on your PC and click the File button visible on the top right corner. Select the Open & Export option and choose Import/Export from the list.
You can now see some options in a popup window. Choose “Export to a file” from the list and click the “Next” button.
After you select your file type, you will have two options: CSV or PST. Choose Comma Separated Values between those two options and click the Next button.
Now choose Calendar from the list. Click on it to expand the options and select what you need individually, like birthdays, appointments, holidays, etc. When you’re done, click on the Next button.
After you select a location to save your Comma Separated Values or CSV file, you must give it a name. To do that, click the Browse button, select a location in your computer, and enter a name as per your wish.
After clicking the Next button, the next action will be displayed. Ensure that the correct action is selected and then click the Finish button. Choose a date range.
After clicking OK, your appointments and entries will be saved in the predefined location. You can open the .csv file with Excel or Google Sheets to check them.
