To export Outlook Calendar in CSV, follow these steps-

  1. Open Outlook and click on ‘File’.
  2. Open & ExportSelect the “Open & Export” option from the File menu. This will allow you to import or export
  3. data from Outlook.
  4. The Import/Export button allows you to bring in or take out your data.
  5. Select “Export to a file” from the list.
  6. Select Calendar and click Next.
  7. Choose a route and give it a name.

Open Outlook on your PC and click the File button visible on the top right corner. Select the Open & Export option and choose Import/Export from the list.

After clicking OK, your appointments and entries will be saved in the predefined location. You can open the .csv file with Excel or Google Sheets to check them.
