Open Outlook on your computer, and select all the emails you want to forward. You can press and hold the Ctrl button to select multiple emails. It can be two or more two emails according to your desire. Once chosen, click the Forward button in the Respond tab. Alternatively, you can press CTRL + F.

In the “To” section of your email, enter the recipient’s email address. Write a subject line for your email and type your message in the body. To send your email, click the “Send” button.

When forwarding emails in Outlook, the body of the email may appear impaired if too many emails are selected. To avoid this, only select a few emails to forward at a time.

However, if you want to change how Outlook forwards a single email, you can go to File > Options > Mail and change the setting in the When forwarding a message drop-down list.
