Sweep (Delete)

This feature is designed to help you declutter and organize your inbox. You can use it to quickly delete unwanted email by selecting it and then clicking the “Delete” button.

  • You can configure your email client to automatically delete all email from a specific sender. To do this, you will need to add the sender’s email address to your email client’s blocked list.
  • We wanted to let you know that we have updated our email policy and are now only keeping the latest email on file or removing emails older than 10 days.
  • Delete all email messages from the sender you want to delete.

Select Sweep from the Menu bar.Choose how you would like to handle email from the sender.

Archive

Email messages can be stored in your default Archive folder or filtered by search results.

Choose Archive under your Archive folder and select a message to archive.

Move to

Choose a message from a specific sender and click ‘Move To.’ All messages received from that sender will be moved to another folder.

Next, press the drop-down arrow next to ‘Move To’ and select ‘New Folder’. This will allow you to move all messages received from the sender in question to another folder.
