There are several reasons why you might see this error while scheduling a meeting in Teams via Outlook. Some of them are:

- You aren’t using the same account in Microsoft Teams and Outlook. If you are using two different accounts in two apps, you can’t schedule the meeting.
- Your subscription is expired. This particular functionality is available only in Microsoft 365.

Remove other accounts
Many Outlook users have multiple accounts, which can sometimes lead to problems with the app. If you are using Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, etc., together, it is better to remove other accounts and check if the problem remains or not. Although multiple accounts should not create issues on paper, it does when Outlook cannot fetch everything correctly.
Open the Outlook app, click the File option in the top menu bar, then click Account Settings. Select Account Settings from the list.

Disable/Enable Microsoft Teams Meeting add-in
