First delete the old drivers. Then uninstall those related files from your system. After reboot, you can install Realtek driver as a replacement for Intel’s Realtek.

For example, you have no sound on your Acer E5-571 laptop when connected to a TV via an HDMI cable and Windows 10 is running.
So most people do make the mistake of uninstalling the Intel (R) HD Graphics card and reinstalling them. However, this does not solve the problem.
