Sorry, Exchange ActiveSync doesn’t support what you’re trying to do. However, you can still try to send mail mañana if your computer is online and connected to the Exchange server. Otherwise, you will receive an error message. After you download the add-in, install it. When you create a new email, you’ll see the “Mañana Mail” send option.
Schedule sending of mail
This add-in allows you to schedule your mail to be sent at the specified time, even if it’s the next day. So, if you’re preparing a mail in the afternoon, you can schedule it to be sent at 9:00 AM the next day. That way, you can think it over and edit or even cancel the mail before it’s sent. All you have to do is press the “Mañana Send” button.
You should be online when using this. To edit or delete a scheduled email, check the Outbox for the email. It will appear in Sent mail after it is sent and will be delivered at the scheduled time. It’s also worth remembering that Another way of sending it via Mañana is by pressing the Outlook send button and selecting the “send at particular time” option at the bottom right.
Cancel or Undo Send Mail
In the blue box, there is an ‘Undo’ button. You have 10 seconds to use it. If you are connected to the Exchange server, you can also use the ‘Mañana send’ button.
How to change the Mañana send time
In Outlook, click File > Options > Add-ins, and select Mañana Mail.
From there, you can set the timings.
