Open > Instagram, then, go to > Profile page

‘Shortcuts’ app and click on > My Shortcuts, then tap on > “+” icon

Edit a name, next tap the app icon, click on the options list > “Choose Photo”, this will open the phone’s gallery, select a photo, adjust it and click on “Choose”, the app icon is changed, Close and go to the phone menu, the new icon is seen.
