When using the Outlook app on a regular Windows 10 computer with a dedicated mouse and keyboard, you may not need to worry about the spacing. However, if you are using a touch screen device with a detachable keyboard, you might often face problems due to the spacing between two options.

The biggest distinction between Touch and Mouse modes is the spacing between options. Touch mode options are generally much larger than those in Mouse mode. The new Touch mode menu bar on the right side of the screen includes options such as Delete, Respond, Mark as Read, Move, etc.

Before getting started with this tutorial, you should know that Touch mode will also be applied to other Microsoft Office 365 programs if you enable it in Outlook.
